Two Spectacular Light Art Events Featuring Our Artworks Open on October 25
We are thrilled to announce the opening of two remarkable light art events on October 25, where artworks from our collection will be showcased. These events are River of Light in Liverpool, UK, and Alluminous in Almere, Netherlands.
River of Light - Liverpool, UK (October 25 - November 5, 2024)
River of Light transforms Liverpool’s waterfront into an illuminated playground with 12 large-scale installations from some of the world’s top light artists, all inspired by the theme of "Play." The annual free event turns the city into an outdoor light and sound gallery, offering an experience that sparks joy while also exploring the deeper meanings of play in society.
We are proud to contribute three artworks to this year’s edition: Illusion Hole by UxU Studio, Bunch of Tulips by Koros Design, and a specially adapted, accessible version of Lightbattle III by Venividimultiplex.
Alluminous - Almere, Netherlands (October 25 - November 3, 2024)
This year marks the third edition of Alluminous, Almere's light art festival, taking place during the autumn holiday from October 25 to November 3. Visitors can enjoy a magical two-hour walk around the Weerwater, where they will encounter a range of captivating light art installations. After the success of the 2022 and 2023 editions, Alluminous returns with ten new artworks, a cycling route, a shuttle boat, and a packed side program featuring live music, activities, and food stalls.
We are contributing for the third time this year and will be exhibiting the artwork Artificial Humans by Atelier Haute Cuisine.
We are delighted to once again collaborate with our partners in Liverpool and Almere, bringing innovative and thought-provoking light art to both the UK and the Netherlands.
