Moonburn illuminates FAB festival Bordeaux

The 2023 edition of FAB will take place from September 30th to October 15th. The almanac predicts a full moon night on Saturday, September 30th. However, Bordelais stargazers are in for a surprise as they look up at the stars - a second moon will gleam with vibrant colors. Measuring 6 meters in diameter (and appearing closer than our satellite), this phosphorescent balloon will illuminate each night, radiating the light stored during the day.

This installation from our collection, named Moonburn, was created by the Dutch artist collective Stichting Barstow and will remain fixed like a cardinal point throughout the entire 8th FAB duration.
