Rhizome

Solidarity and collaboration, translated to art. That is what artists Tom and Lien Dekyvere show in their site-specific work Rhizome. A web, made of hundreds of meters of illuminated rope, forms a house that shows us the various on- and offline connections humans make in all sorts of ways. Exchange websites, co-creation, couch surfing; people are connected in many ways. This work, a house, serves as a cocoon that reflects on our current society.
